We use a market-leading, cabinet-grade coating and we're confident in how it lasts. So we put it in writing:
We promise that the coating we spray will not peel, fade, crack or discolour for at least 2 years. Should any of these happen within that time as a result of our work, we come back and fix it, free of charge.
In practice, a properly prepared respray lasts far longer — 10 years or more with normal care. The written guarantee is simply our formal commitment that, if something isn't right, it's on us to put it right.

Previously painted kitchens are usually an exemption to the guarantee, and we'll always confirm this with you before booking your spray — never after.
Here's the honest reason: we can guarantee that our own coating won't fade or discolour. But if there's existing paint underneath, of unknown age and quality, we can't guarantee that won't fail. If the original paint lets go, it can take our coating with it — through no fault of the work we've done.
What we can do is reduce that risk. We scotch (key) the previously applied paint and apply a primer before spraying, with the aim of slowing any deterioration of the original coat. We'll talk you through exactly where your kitchen stands at the survey, so there are no surprises.
